We had babies during the last snowstorm. It was quite a shock. I know what a lot of you will say- it will always happen in bad weather and this was no exception. LOL
I was in the back of the house and thought I heard Children. My first thought was who would let their children out in this weather at 8:45pm?? SO I opened the window and listened and then I heard it. Yep I knew what it was, babies were being born. Well I put on my coveralls and out the door I went. I put them with mama under the heat lamp in the stall and everyone is doing great. We are very blessed. One boy and One girl. The female has been named Snowflake and we will be selling the boy. They are Boer/Kiko mix.

on a side note the babies born a few days before to Rose are doing well and playing with the new arrivals.

The baby rabbits are growing and we are expecting more. Have a wonderful day.
